The Crosswalk: Preschool/Kindergarden
Welcome to the CrossWalk! This area of the Children’s Ministry is designated for children in preschool and kindergarten. The CrossWalk children are often referred to as “Kingdom Shakers” because these little ones have everything it takes to make changes in others, even adults. The Bible says “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. Matthew 18:3closeMatthew 18:3 3 and said, “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. (ESV)

In the CrossWalk children will use all five senses to discover God’s love in incredible, tangible ways. We use unique games, snacks and crafts to help kids learn about God. In the CrossWalk we are very hands on because kids retain more by interacting with a lesson instead of just hearing it. Each Sunday we encourage kids to fire up their imaginations, while at the same time learning important memorable lessons about who Jesus is.

Children are also introduced to God on a real personal level. They will be shown how to hear God, how God wants to listen to them and how much God loves them. They will be shown that Jesus wants to be their best friend and will always be there for them.

One of our focuses is creating a nurturing, loving and safe environment. This provides the best atmosphere for encouraging spiritual and personal growth for the children as well as providing reassurance to the parent that their child is being well taken care of.

On a personal note these little ones are truly amazing and have taught me as much as I have taught them. I am blessed and honored to serve God in the area of overseeing his and your children. I look forward to meeting you and your child.
