Project Love is an outreach of Refuge Student Ministries. We exist to raise up students and leaders to serve in ways that go beyond themselves and reach right into the very heart of why Jesus came. To SEEK and SAVE the LOST.

Our vision is to be the church throughout the city of Vista and Carlsbad and other surrounding areas, that provide God’s love while meeting those in need … right where they are. Our heart is to do community outreach services and pour on LOVE to the unloved, the hurting and the lost of our community.
